Paper Chef #15 Starts 10th February

The upcoming Paper Chef #15 competition gets underway on 10th February instead of the usual first Friday of the month. Head over to Owen's Tomatilla, home of Paper Chef, for ingredient nominations. For those new to Paper Chef cooking competitions, please check out this link. This fun cooking competition is open to all including those who do not own a blog yet. Based on the Iron Chef TV show, everyone gets to star in their own kitchen stadium, in front of a worldwide audience of food bloggers, using 4 secret ingredients to be disclosed on the 10th February. There's the weekend to dream and cook some delicious dish/dishes and then to write about your entry. The winners of January's competition, Canadian MagicTofu (rumoured world conqueror) and partner Fufu, of Slurp and Burp become February's judges.
