Avocado Cake
2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 avocado, mashed
2/3 cup yoghurt
Mix everything together. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
