Sour Cream Chocolate Cake
1/5 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sugar
200 mL low fat sour cream (Brownes brand)
2 eggs
3 tablespoon cocoa
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup chopped dates
Mix everything together. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 1.25 hours.
